We keep the email address of the person who set up a board; the first names members type on the roster; and the dates, places, notes and answers of the games. Visits are counted on this server: which pages get opened, what linked to them, and the country, browser and screen size. That counting sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and goes to no outside company. There are no third-party scripts anywhere on the site, and the only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in. If the link that brought you here carried a short tag (like ?ref=teacher), we save that tag on the board when you set one up, so we know which link worked. It holds nothing about you. When you start setting up a board we also save which website sent you, the first page you opened, and any utm_ tags on the link, with no name, email or IP address attached, for the same reason. Payment details go to our payment provider and never reach us. Email support@mahjong.rsvp to export or delete a board.
